We will always aim to get deliveries dispatched and received within 1/4 days, However we understand that some of our customers live busy lives and can not always be around. We do our best to accommodate our customers so please feel free to Email us if you would like a planned date and we will do our upmost to meet that date. We appreciate that today’s busy lifestyle means that convenient reliable deliveries are important.
Delivery Questions And Answers
When will my tiles arrive?
Your order will be with you within 3/4 working days of placing your order for most of our products, in fact, some of our tiles will be delivered next working day if placed before 12PM however we advise that you check the product page of your desired tiles, under specification check if their is a specific time scale. If there is not then you can expect these within 3-4 working days. For example, if you place an order before 12pm on a Monday you will receive your delivery between Thursday that week and the following Monday unless we receive a request for a planned delivery. Always, go on live chat and ask and someone will advise you the speed.
If the tiles are out of stock when ordering, we will update the product page to display the estimated time of arrival, most of our tiles are manufactured abroad and are sent via shipping so we can not guarantee delivery dates for out of stock items although we do our best to keep our customers updated. If your item is out of stock when ordering, you are welcome to request a full refund before these are dispatched.
Items that could offer a next working day delivery on the product page only applies if ordered by 12pm. Due to this quick turn around you may not received a dispatch confirmation. Should your item not be received next working day please contact us and we will accommodate a delivery that suits you.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm

How will my tiles be delivered?
Most tile orders will be sent wrapped onto a wooden pallet. Our drivers are insured to unload the pallet safely using either a pallet truck or tail lift depending on vehicle tile and order weight. Drivers will always aim to get the pallet as close as possible to the property providing the surface is even, flat and accessible. Please note that the pallet truck cannot travel over gravel, slopes, grass or steps. Smaller orders that can be sent in parcels will be delivered using a parcel courier company.
Will my delivery require a signature?
To ensure that tiles have arrived we always hope to get a signature from the customer if, you can not be there and the delivery can not be rescheduled we will do our best to leave it in a safe place and will take a picture of it in its location. As long as the delivery is within the window displayed on the product page we hold no liability for items left in a safe place. Once your items are dispatched, if no one is in then they will have to leave it in a safe place and the customer is liable for the security of this delivery.
We would advise either contacting us for a specific delivery date, ensuring someone is in if ordering a next day product or contacting us advising if a safe place is appropriate or not. If you are not in we will leave your order with a neighbour.
What happens if any tiles are damaged?
We ask that all customers give their order a full visual inspection where possible to ensure that the tiles are in a good and suitable condition. If you notice any obvious damage which is visible from the outside of the pallet should be marked on the delivery paperwork. We ask that all customers fully check their order within 48 hours to ensure you are satisfied with all elements including damages, quantities, tile shade and sizing. In the unlikely event there are any issues, we ask that this be reported to us here at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.
What happens if there is restricted access to the property?
Please send us an email or attach a note to your order to inform us of any restrictions or, if their are access issues or a new build estate where, the postcode is not recognised as of yet.
