Return Policy Online Purchase
You can return any resell-able stock item products to us within 28 days of buy for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles and present shade (batch) will be refunded.
Any Tiles that are not in stock within the company cannot be refunded.
Tiles delivered must be checked within 48 hrs from delivery date for any breakages.
You must return the products to a East Lancs Centre Tile Store along with a receipt as proof of buying. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.

East Lancs Tile Centre reserves the right not to refund. This applies if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition or the present shade (batch) A refund will not be given if there is no proof of buy. We also reserve the right not to refund if the products are returned after the 28 day period. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days.
