Blue Tiles

Blue Tiles. Nautical style bathrooms .

Blue lends a fresh, calm and serene feel to spaces, and is of course associated with the sky and water. These two elements can add a more natural feel to bathrooms or bedrooms when combined with white or beige furniture and textiles. This colour scheme predominates in PORCELANOSA’s ceramic collections, with examples including Rhombus Navy from L’Antic Colonial or Malaga Ocean by PORCELANOSA. The intense electric and intricate geometric design of the former collection makes these ceramic tiles stand out from the rest; whilst the latter features thin rectangular tiles with the blue softened by grey contrasts that shape the design. The tiles will add light and depth to your bathroom, and are the perfect match for a nautical interior design scheme of blue walls coupled with jute baskets, wood flooring (Oxford Cognac by PAR-KER®) and white natural stone washbasins. The variation of TILES available in the ECO collection is inspired by the tones you see around you from the sky to the sea. Use this colour to make a splashback or a feature wall to highlight areas in your bathroom, or create a beautiful focal point in your room. Complement blue bathroom tiles with subtler shades such as a classic white. A combination of blue and white bathroom tiles, such as the Arles Sea Gloss and patterned Arles Snow Décor Mix Gloss tiles, will create a bright and vibrant space. The gloss finish of these tiles works wonderfully with a soft colour palette and country influences.
